Late Fee
Bills are due upon receipt and if not paid in full by the due date will be assessed a 1% late fee.
Returned Payment Fee
Any form of payment that is refused by your bank will be assessed a $20.00 fee per instance.
Special Requests for Copies of Bills
Self serve printing of statements are free of charge via SmartHub. For office assisted requests, a $2.00 per statement charge applies.
Paper Bill Fee
There is a $2.00/mo fee for paper bills. E-statements are free of charge which can be set up on SmartHub.
Clearing of the cache and data often resolves issues with the application not communicating with Firestick correctly. Symptoms may be the application crashing, the username/password not working even though it’s being entered correctly, guide not loading, or other features not loading the way you would expect.
