This is a sample of how a bill may look but will vary depending on your services.
When activating a new line of service (on a new or existing account), your first bill for that line of service will be for a partial month. This portion is calculated based on the number of days between the date you began service and the last day of the bill cycle. Services are billed in advance so you also will be charged for the next full month. For example, if services were connected on July 15th the August bill would include charges from July 15th to July 31st as well as charges from August 1st through August 31st.
One-time charges and credits occur when adding or canceling services during the month. Depending on the date when services were activated or deactivated, a charge or credit will be applied for the days remaining in the current month. Service order, premise visit or other charges may apply.
Promotional rates will be displayed on the billing statement beside the services that it applies to. Also appearing here will be an expiration date. The month following your expiration date will be billed at our normal everyday rates.
Paper/paperless statements are managed in SmartHub.
- Log in to SmartHub.
- Under My profile, choose update my paperless statement settings.
There is a $2.00 paper bill fee.
If an account is showing past due, the cutoff date of a bill can be found in the message center. Payments may not have been received before your current statement was generated. Payments can be verified with your bank if it has cleared. If it has cleared contact us for payment research.

The first time you visit SmartHub, you will need to register your account. Account number, last name or business name, and the email address originally provided when setting up service will be needed.

Don’t want to register? Just visit our Pay Bill without Logging-in link. Account number, and the last name of the person named on the billing statement is required. Please note, you will be able to view your balance and make a payment but will not be able to view any further account details.
Pay by phone
Call 1-844-206-7879, 4 digit pin is required. If you do not know your 4 digit pin, a Customer Care rep can help you with this M-F 9am-5pm at 1-800-832-5725.

Return the remittance portion of your bill in the enclosed return envelope with a check or money order to:

Payments through financial institutions
You can set up online payments via your financial institution, just choose or add Lightcurve as a payee making sure to put in the correct account number.
Bank deduction
Have your payment automatically deducted from your checking account. This can be set up through SmartHub under our Auto Pay program.
- Once logged in, under the Billing & Payments section, select Auto Pay Program.
- Select Sign Up for Auto Pay.
- For bank deduction without a credit or debit card, choose Bank Account.
- Fill out bank draft form.

If you know that you will not be able to pay your Lightcurve bill this month, please contact our offices 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. One of our Customer Care Representatives will gladly discuss a possible payment arrangement. Calling promptly to discuss payment arrangements may prevent a disruption in service.
