    SmartHub (requires login)
    Visit SmartHub to pay your bill, view statements, set up auto payments and manage your account.

     

    Pay Now?
    Don’t want to register? Just visit our Pay Bill without Logging-in link. Account number, and the last name of the person named on the billing statement is required. Please note, you will be able to view your balance and make a payment but will not be able to view any further account details.

     

    Pay by phone
    Call 1-844-206-7879, 4 digit pin is required. If you do not know your 4 digit pin, a Customer Care rep can help you with this M-F 9am-5pm at 1-800-832-5725.

     

    Pay by mail
    Return the remittance portion of your bill in the enclosed return envelope with a check or money order to:

    Your payment can take up to 10 business days to be posted. Please do not send cash.

    Payments through financial institutions
    You can set up online payments via your financial institution, just choose or add Lightcurve as a payee making sure to put in the correct account number.

     

    Bank deduction
    Have your payment automatically deducted from your checking account. This can be set up through SmartHub under our Auto Pay program.

    • Once logged in, under the Billing & Payments section, select Auto Pay Program.
    • Select Sign Up for Auto Pay.
    • For bank deduction without a credit or debit card, choose Bank Account.
    • Fill out bank draft form.
