Bills are due upon receipt and if not paid in full by the due date will be assessed a 1% late fee.
Returned Payment Fee
Any form of payment that is refused by your bank will be assessed a $20.00 fee per instance.
Special Requests for Copies of Bills
Self serve printing of statements are free of charge via SmartHub. For office assisted requests, a $2.00 per statement charge applies.
Paper Bill Fee
There is a $2.00/mo fee for paper bills. E-statements are free of charge which can be set up on SmartHub.
