Is there an early termination fee with DSL?

DSL service requires a minimum 6 month commitment. Customers who cancel DSL service within their 6 months of service will be charged an early termination fee as follows:

• There is a 30-day trial period. If the Customer cancels service within the first 30 days there will be no penalty, however, the customer will be charged for the first full 30 days of service.
• Customers who cancel service after the first 30 days of service will be charged a $25 default fee.
