    Privacy Policy:
    We do not sell your personal information to anyone, at any time, for any purpose. We may use your personal profile for information to create personalized content, services, and advertising that contain information about (or is related to) products and services offered by “Rainier Connect”.

    1. DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS COMPUTER
      1.1 Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Rainier Connect shall not have any liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or destruction to your equipment.
      In the event of such a gross negligence or willful misconduct, Rainier Connect shall pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged parts up to a maximum of $3,000.00
      and such shall be your sole remedy relating to such activity. Neither Rainier Connect nor it’s suppliers shall have any liability whatsoever for any damage to, loss or destruction of any software, files or data.
    2. COMPUTER EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
      2.1 Certain minimum configuration standards are required for using Rainier Connect internet services. You understand that Rainier Connect internet services may not be operational without these minimum requirements, which have been identified for you, and you certify that your equipment, at a minimum, conforms to this set of technical configuration requirements.
    3. CABLE MODEM REQUIREMENTS
      3.1 Rainier Connect will install an additional cable outlet at your residence or business for the use of Rainier Connect internet services. The use of this outlet shall be strictly limited for the purpose of accessing Rainier Connect’s internet service.
      3.2 A cable modem is required in order to access the Internet over your Rainier Connect, powered by Click! Network, broadband connection. Customers who are
      subscribing only to broadband service will be required to purchase this modem. Customers who are subscribing to BOTH Rainier Connect broadband AND Digital Phone
      service will have the option of either purchasing or leasing a Telephony-capable cable modem. In either case, whether purchased or leased from Rainier Connect, you
      shall bear all risk of loss of, theft of, casualty to or damage to the Equipment, from the time it is shipped to you until the time (if any) when it is returned to Rainier Connect
      by you and has been received by the Company. It is solely the responsibility of the Customer to perform equipment maintenance, including if appropriate, battery
      replacement when needed at the Customer’s own expense, whether the equipment has been purchased or leased.
      3.3 In addition to the Cable or Telephony Modem and related connections, you are responsible for providing, at your cost, all other equipment and connections (e.g. Personal Computer, Telephone) required for access to Rainier Connect Internet and/or Digital Phone Services.
    4. DSL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
      4.1 Rainier Connect offers a DSL Modem for lease or purchase, including up to four (4) filters to access Rainier Connect Internet Services. The DSL Modem will remain the
      property of Rainier Connect and will be added as an additional charge to the monthly charge to you.
      4.2 You are responsible for providing, at your cost, an approved DSL modem (modems are available for lease or purchase), any filters and related connections, all other equipment and connections (e.g. personal computer) required for access to Rainier Connect DSL service.
    5. COMMITMENT FOR SERVICES
      5.1 DSL SERVICE REQUIRES A SIX MONTH COMMITMENT. AN EARLY TERMINATION CHARGE FOR DSL IS $25.00.
    6. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS/TERMINATION PENALTY
      6.1 If you received a special promotional discount rate and/or a period of free service or free equipment when signing up for Rainier Connect service(s) and you cancel your
      service at any time prior to the end of the service commitment, you will be billed for the value of the free service period, equipment (if any) and any difference between the
      promotional rate and our standard rates for the period your service was active.
    7. USE LIMITATIONS
      7.1 Customer acknowledges that programming is for non-commercial entertainment viewing in Customer’s private premises only. Customer may not reproduce,
      rebroadcast or otherwise re-transmit and/or exhibit the programming received from Rainier Connect in exchange for an admission fee or for any other charge or
      consideration or in furtherance of a commercial enterprise. Customer may not order or request Pay-Per-View programming or Video on Demand for receipt, exhibition
      or taping in a commercial establishment. Customer may not move the set top box to another location or use it at any time at an address other than Customer’s home or
      location where service was installed by Rainier Connect.
    8. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
      8.1 Rainier Connect will attempt to provide continuous and uninterrupted service. However, Rainier Connect’s regular scheduled maintenance is performed between the hours of 12:00 am to 6:00 am daily.
    9. EQUIPMENT AND WIRING
      9.1 RAINIER CONNECT may supply new or reconditioned equipment to the Customer. The Customer may not sell or give away Rainier Connect’s equipment, and Rainier
      Connect’s equipment must be used only in the Customer’s home. If the Customer ceases to be a Rainier Connect customer, the Customer is responsible for returning
      Rainier Connect’s equipment to Rainier Connect. Rainier Connect’s equipment must be returned in working order, normal wear and tear accepted. IF CUSTOMER FAILS
      TO RETURN EQUIPMENT IN A MANNER AS STATED ABOVE, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE COST OF REPLACING THE EQUIPMENT INVOLVED. The Customer is
      responsible for preventing the loss of or damage to Rainier Connect’s equipment within the home. Rainier Connect will repair and maintain the inside wiring for an
      additional hourly or flat fee. Unless agreed upon by Rainier Connect and the Customer in writing, Customer will continue to be responsible for the maintenance of the
      inside wire. Customer may install inside wiring, such as additional cable wiring and outlets. Regardless of who does the work, the internal wiring within Customer’s home
      must not interfere with the normal operations of Rainier Connect’s service to Customer. For Customer’s renting their home, the inside wire maintenance may not be the
      Customer’s responsibility. The Customer should contact the landlord or building manager to determine responsibility. Rainier Connect takes no responsibility for problems
      with the operation of the Customer’s television, television-related equipment, computer, fax-machine, telephone sets and other Customer-owned equipment attached
      to Rainier Connect’s network. Rainier Connect does not service television receivers, or other television-related equipment (such as VCR’s, DVD players, home antennas,
      or other cable-compatible equipment) or other equipment not owned by Rainier Connect, even if it is attached to Rainier Connect’s equipment. The Customer may not
      attach any unauthorized device to Rainier Connect’s equipment. If the Customer makes any unauthorized connection or modification to the equipment or any other part
      of Rainier Connect’s network or equipment, the Customer will be in breach of this Agreement, and Rainier Connect may terminate service and recover such damages, as
      provided by applicable law that may arise as a result of the breach.
    10. CHANGES IN SERVICES, CHANGES IN TERMS OR CONDITIONS
      10.1 Rainier Connect reserves the right to substitute, add or delete specific programming and programming services and to create, dismantle and/or alter tiers of
      programming at any time. Rainier Connect will notify Customer of any material change in this Agreement or services, or an increase in charges prior to the billing period
      in which the changes would go into effect. Notification of the change in charges may be in the form of a bill insert. Notification may also be posted to our website at www.
      rainierconnect.com. Payment of charges or continued use of services after you receive notice will constitute agreement by you to the changes.

NETWORK ACCEPTABLE USE POLCIY (AUP) FOUND AT WWW.RAINIERCONNECT.COM/POLICIES AND/OR RAINIER CONNECT DIGITAL PHONE TERMS OF SERVICE, BOTH OF WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE COMPANY’S WEBSITE AT WWW.RAINIERCONNECT.COM/LEGAL-NOTICES-TARIFFS AND MAY BE REVISED FROM TIME TO TIME.
