What Are Broadband Consumer Labels?
As of April 10, 2024, the FCC requires all internet providers to display plan information in a standardized format — modeled after the FDA's nutrition labels.
Every label discloses the things that matter most: monthly price, introductory rates, typical speeds, data allowances, and links to our network management and privacy policies.
Terms and conditions and additional charges and fees may apply. Offer available only to new residential customers. Regular retail rates apply at the end of the promotional period. The Offer is a limited time offer and is not valid with any other promotion. Price includes a $4.95 paperless billing discount. Speeds and prices may vary based on customer equipment. At no additional cost, customer must lease an Optical Network Terminal (for fiber service) and a modem (for cable service) as long as the customer remains on this promotional offer. All Internet services are subject to our General Residential Terms and Conditions and Internet Service Acceptable-use Policy.
