We've put together a collection of how-tos to help you get started with Lightcurve services.

Log in to your Smarthub Account.

  1. Go to Billing & Payments.
  2. Select Auto Pay Program.
  3. Select Sign Up for Auto Pay.

Log in to your Smarthub Account.

  1. Go to Billing & Payments.
  2. Select Billing & Payments to view billing related information and see your upcoming bill.

Your first bill may include prorated dates in addition to your first full month.

Access your account via your mobile device.

Log in to your Smarthub Account.

  1. Go to Notifications/Settings.
  2. Select Manage Notifications.
  3. Enroll into each category of notifications that you would like to receive.

Log in to your Smarthub Account.

  1. Go to Notifications/Settings.
  2. Select Manage Contacts.
  3. Select + Add Phone Contact.
  4. Enter the mobile phone number that will receive notifications.
  5. Select Receive Text Messages.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Agree to the Text Terms & Conditions.
  8. Enter the Verification Code sent to your phone.
  9. Select Save Contact.

You can now receive text message updates under the manage notifications tab.

  1. Call (844) 206-7879 and choose option #2 to make a payment.
  2. You will need your Lightcurve account number and 4-digit Call Capture Pin number.
  3. Press 1 to pay total amount due or follow the prompts for other payment amount options.
  4. Press 2 to process your payment.
  5. Follow the prompts to pay with a Visa or Mastercard information including billing zip code.
  6. Confirm payment amount.

Once payment has been made, you will be provided with a pay code - this is your verification of payment.
