Why is Lightcurve upgrading voice products and services?
Lightcurve has been providing voice services for over 100 years in some network areas. Upgrading is part of keeping our offers up to date and providing the best customer experience possible.
When will the voice upgrade be completed?
The voice upgrades will take place in stages throughout the year, with a target completion date at the end of the year. We will continue to communicate on status and progress.
How will voice services be impacted?
Your voice services will not go away. Features may change post-upgrade, but rest assured we will communicate with each impacted customer prior to upgrading.
What does the upgrade process look like?
Multiple notifications will be sent before and after the upgrade via email and phone with details to guide you through the process.
