Solution/Answer:
Instructions for setting 4:3 override on a DCH6200
- Turn off the set-top with the remote
- Press power and within 1 second press MENU
- If you were fast enough, you’ll see a white screen with USER SETTINGS at the top
- Change the 4:3 OVERRIDE to be either 480I or 480P (depends on what your TV supports). If you cannot verify what the TV supports then select one setting and if it does not look correct change it to the other
- Press MENU to exit
- Power off the settop and then power it on again
