Multifamily Account Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional to lead Lightcurve’s expansion across multifamily communities throughout Washington. As Multifamily Account Executive, you will develop partnerships with property owners, managers, developers, and HOAs—delivering premium connectivity to entire buildings while enhancing the resident experience. You will negotiate long-term agreements that position Lightcurve as the preferred connectivity partner for both existing and new construction properties, positioning the company for success in both bulk (property-paid) and retail (resident-paid) environments.

This is a high-impact, consultative role for someone who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and is motivated to shape the future of broadband access across the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure multifamily partnership opportunities across Lightcurve markets.
  • Negotiate and execute Right-of-Entry (ROE) agreements for marketing access and construction.
  • Sell both bulk (property-paid) and retail (resident-paid) internet services, recommending the optimal model by property.
  • Deliver tailored property-specific presentations tied to revenue uplift, tenant satisfaction, and competitive differentiation.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle—discovery, proposal, pricing, negotiation, documentation, and close.
  • Develop business cases that support investment decisions: unit counts, penetration forecasts, and competitive analysis.
  • Document pipeline, activity, and forecasts with accuracy in Lightcurve’s CRM.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other Lightcurve teams (Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and resident onboarding.
  • Represent Lightcurve at property meetings, industry events, and real estate/development association functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships throughout onboarding, renewal, and portfolio growth, serving as a trusted advisor to ownership and management groups.

Measuring Success

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Contract wins (ROE agreements, bulk deals, and portfolio expansions) and resulting revenue growth and meeting strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring projects meet internal ROI requirements
  • Portfolio penetration and resident adoption at partnered communities.
  • Market impact—visibility, influence, and repeat business with ownership and management groups.
  • Execution quality—timely enablement, partner satisfaction, and smooth handoffs to internal teams.
  • Consistently representing Lightcurve with professionalism and integrity, delivering a positive experience for property partners, residents, and internal teams across all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience preferred (telecom, real estate technology, SaaS, or related verticals).
  • Demonstrated success selling into layered decision structures (owners, asset managers, property managers, HOAs, and legal/finance stakeholders).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with executive-level and field-level audiences.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of managing time, territory, and competing priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort building basic financial justification models.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Able to pass background and drug screening requirements.

Location, Physical Requirements, and Work Environment

  • This is an in-person role requiring frequent travel within assigned territories across Washington State.
  • You will regularly visit multifamily properties and developer offices, including active construction environments. Occasional evening or weekend meetings and events should be expected based on partner availability.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

Position Hours and Environment

  • Full Time (40 hours per week; standard business hours with occasional evenings/weekends). Required 2 days per week minimum in any Lightcurve local office.
  • A regular workday will include time both outdoor and indoor, with regular walking, standing, climbing stairs, driving, sitting, keying, and viewing screens.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000 + Commissions; On-Track Earnings (OTE) of $140,000
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) with Company match
  • Monthly incentives and performance recognition programs
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization
  • Mileage and Travel Reimbursement w/ Manager Approval
