Lightcurve is upgrading their voice network for improved reliability and to support future products. How will these changes affect my current voice service?
Solution/Answer:
Lightcurve is upgrading their voice network to enhance reliability and support new products in the future. As part of this transition, Lightcurve will be moving to a new platform for their voice services. This means some calling features will no longer be available for sale, starting June 30, 2025.
Lightcurve submitted a request to state regulators to remove certain legacy calling features from their service tariff, effective June 30, 2025. These features will be discontinued only after regulatory approval and once customers are successfully migrated to the new platform.
