The Lightcurve “Twelve Days of Giving” contest (the “Contest”) runs from 11/01/2024 to 11/30/2024, and entries must be received by 11/30/2024. The promoter is Mashell, Inc., d/b/a Lightcurve, with an address at 104 Washington Ave N, Eatonville, WA, 98328. New customers of Lightcurve services during the month of November will be automatically entered to win. Anyone else, whether a Lightcurve subscriber or not, can enter to win. No purchase is required to enter. Limit one entry per person, except new customers automatically entered, who may submit a second entry. Lightcurve employees and family members are not eligible to enter. Only one prize will be awarded per individual. One winner will be selected at random the week of 12/2/24 and notified between 12/9-12/21. If the winner is not reached within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected for that prize. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. 12 prizes will be awarded with a retail value between $44.99 and $599.70. See the prizes here. Winner is responsible for any taxes. Approximate odds of winning are 1 in 417. The Contest is available to residents of Pierce, Thurston, Kittitas, Yakima, and Lewis counties in the state of Washington. You may request a list of the winners of prizes in excess of $25 by emailing carlos.bonilla@getlightcurve.com. By submitting an entry to the Contest, you grant Lightcurve license to use your name and photograph at its discretion, including on its website, social media accounts, and other marketing.
